Refunds & Returns Policy

At Culture Hamper Co, we’re passionate about curating memorable cultural experiences through food. Every hamper is packed with care and attention — but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

🛍️ Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Hampers

We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • Items arrive damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong hamper 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

⏳ What Happens Next?

Once we receive your email and review the details:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send a replacement hamper, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

As our hampers contain food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Delayed deliveries due to courier issues

  • Opened or tampered hampers

We also don’t accept returns for partially consumed or customized hampers.

📦 Return Shipping

In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item. If we do request a return, we’ll provide clear instructions and cover the return shipping if applicable.
