At Culture Hamper Co, we’re passionate about curating memorable cultural experiences through food. Every hamper is packed with care and attention — but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
🛍️ Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Hampers
We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

Items arrive damaged, or

You receive the wrong hamper
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number

Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

⏳ What Happens Next?
Once we receive your email and review the details:

If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send a replacement hamper, depending on your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
As our hampers contain food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Taste preferences

Delayed deliveries due to courier issues

Opened or tampered hampers
We also don’t accept returns for partially consumed or customized hampers.
📦 Return Shipping
In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item. If we do request a return, we’ll provide clear instructions and cover the return shipping if applicable.
