All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).During busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated by email.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your hamper's journey.

All hampers are securely packed to ensure they arrive in great condition. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, without compromising product safety or freshness.

📮 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Customs fees, duties, or taxes on international shipments

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If your hamper is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery will be at your expense.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your hamper arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the estimated delivery date). Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage.
